1 lb. boneless round steak
3/4 lb. small fresh mushrooms
1 small bunch fresh broccoli
2 Tbsp. peanut oil or vegetable oil
4 to 5 carrots, diagonally sliced
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. beef broth
hot cooked rice
Preparation

Partially freeze steak; slice across grain into 3 x 1/4-inch strips.
