Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. milk
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat; blend in flour, then add milk slowly, stirring to keep smooth.
Cook and stir until sauce thickens and boils.
Stir some of hot sauce into egg yolks, then return to pan, stirring until smooth.
