Pineapple Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 can crushed pineapple, excluding juice
1/2 pkg. vanilla wafers

Preparation

Bring ingredients to boil stirring constantly, boil 1 minute. Pour over vanilla wafers.
Serve warm over vanilla ice cream. Can be reheated in microwave.
