Easy Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All, drained
    1 c. mayonnaise
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tube crackers, crushed
    butter
Preparation
    Mix Veg-All, mayonnaise, cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Lightly spray baking dish with Pam cooking spray.
    Place mixture in baking dish.
    Top with crushed crackers and dot with butter. Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
