Banana-Honey Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    3 bananas (1 c. mashed)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. honey
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins or chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Cream together butter, sugar and eggs.
    Beat in honey and bananas.
    Stir dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture, beating just until blended.
    Stir in oats, raisins or nuts.
    Fill greased muffin tin or baking cups 2/3 full.
    Bake 15 to 18 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Delicious when warmed for a brunch or anytime treat!
