Oriental Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 green pepper, cut in strips
    1 carrot, cut in thin strips
    1 stalk celery, cut up
    1 small onion, cut in rings
    1/2 head cabbage, chopped
Preparation
    Layer in large skillet.
    Cut in a half stick butter on top; salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover and cook slow for 12 to 15 minutes (no water).
    You can change to vegetables in season.
