Aloha Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 macaroons, crushed
    1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    2 c. sour cream
    pineapple chunks
    melon chunks
    sliced peaches
    assorted berries
    Kirsch or brandy (optional)
Preparation
    In a bowl, stir together macaroons, sugar and sour cream. Chill several hours to soften macaroon pieces.
    Do not stir again. Place chilled dip in center of a large platter.
    Arrange fruit and berries of your choice around the dip.
    Sprinkle fruit and berries with Kirsch or brandy, if desired.
