Curried Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. firm ripe tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. thinly sliced onions
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Wash, dry and quarter the tomatoes.
    Heat oil in a skillet; saute onions for 5 minutes.
    Mix in garlic, salt and curry powder; add tomatoes and water.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
