Quick Easy Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/3 c. sugar
    1 1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    3 c. mini marshmallows
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. candied red cherries
Preparation
    Line 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan with foil (butter foil).
    Combine sugar and milk in a medium size saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved and mixture comes to boiling.
    Cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat; beat in chocolate and marshmallows with wooden spoon.
    Stir until mixture thickens.
    Stir in nuts and cherries.
    Pour into prepared pan and let stand until cool and firm.
