Swedish Tea Cakes Or Snowball Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. unsifted Pillsbury flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. finely chopped or ground almonds or pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In mixing bowl, cream butter, powdered sugar and vanilla.
    Blend in flour, salt and nuts until dough holds together.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Place 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheets.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until set, but not brown.
    Cool slightly; roll in powdered sugar.
    Cool completely; roll again in powdered sugar.
    Makes about 50 cookies.
