Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and rinsed
    1 stick oleo
    1 1/2 c. cubed American cheese
    2 c. cottage cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grease crock-pot with oleo and then let it melt inside.
    Mix all remaining ingredients into pot.
    Cook 4 hours on low.
