Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pkg. frozen shredded hash browns
3/4 c. margarine, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. chopped onion or 2 Tbsp. dried flakes
1 c. sour cream
2 c. corn flakes, crushed
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine potatoes, margarine, soup, cheese, onion, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Mix well and put in 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam.
Melt 1 or 2 tablespoons margarine and mix with corn flakes. Sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
