Pesto Genovese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. olive oil
    1 c. grated Romano cheese
    3 Tbsp. pine nuts
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 cloves garlic
    2 c. basil leaves
Preparation
    Blend oil, cheese, pine nuts, salt, pepper and garlic in a blender until smooth.
    To this mixture add the basil and blend until smooth.
    Freeze in 1/2 cup portions.
