Mom'S Lobster Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. light cream
    2 cans cream of asparagus or cream of celery soup
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. shredded lobster meat or any seafood as desired
    1/2 c. dry sherry
Preparation
    Heat the soups (undiluted) together with the cream and bring to just under a boil.
    Add the seafood and heat through.
    Add the sherry just before serving and heat for another minute.
