Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium onions, chopped
1/4 c. butter
2 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp. catsup
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. paprika or chili powder
1 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
water
Preparation
-
Saute onion in butter until yellow.
Add meat but do not brown.
Add rest of ingredients, using enough water so meat is half covered.
Cover and simmer 2 hours.
