Texas Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk sausage (mild or hot)
1 lb. ground chuck
1 medium onion, chopped
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 (10 oz.) cans tomatoes
Preparation

In heavy pot, brown the meats and onion until cooked and finely chopped.
Drain excess fat.
Add cubes of Velveeta until all cheese is melted.
Add tomatoes.
Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve in a chafing dish with Triscuits crackers or tortilla chips. Serves 30 to 40.
