Soft Pimento Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium sharp cheese
    12 oz. can Pet light evaporated milk
    7 oz. jar chopped pimento
    3 Tbsp. pickle relish
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Grate cheese.
    Heat milk and cheese but do not boil to melt. Add pimento, pickle relish, mayonnaise and salt.
    Cool.
    Will keep in refrigerator for 10 days.
