Double Bake Blue Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 baked potatoes
    4 oz. sour cream
    Tbsp. crumbled Blue cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    salt (if desired)
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook potatoes 20 minutes or until tender in microwave; remove top of potato with knife.
    Scoop out potato; in electric mixture, mix potato inside and rest of ingredients.
    Re-fill potato skin with filling; bake 15 minutes in oven at 400\u00b0.
