Shaggy Maple Nut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10-inch) unbaked pie shell
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 c. maple syrup
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. half and half
    1/4 c. quick oatmeal
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar and beat well.
    Add next 6 ingredients and beat.
    Stir in oatmeal, coconut and chopped pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 on middle rack just until custard is set.
    Bake approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
