Cheese-Frosted Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Wash cauliflower; remove leaves and cut out base but leave head in one piece.
    Cook, covered, in boiling salted water 12 to 15 minutes or until tender.
    Drain.
    Place cauliflower in a shallow, ungreased baking pan.
    Combine mayonnaise and mustard; spread over cauliflower.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
    Top with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with paprika, if desired. Yields 6 servings.
