Strawberry Sundae Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 chocolate cookie crust (use sugar-free cookies)
3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
3 Tbsp. milk
1 pt. sugar-free strawberry ice cream
assorted fruit (kiwi, strawberries and bananas)

Preparation

Crumble cookies (mix margarine and cookie crusts); press into bottom of 9-inch pie plate.
Spread softened ice cream over crust. Cover and freeze until firm.
Just before serving, place fruit on top.
