Tenderloin Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tenderloin (beef, elk or venison)
    oil (enough to cover bottom of frypan)
    3 to 4 potatoes (small to medium size chunks)
    3 to 4 carrots, sliced
    1 onion
    1 can beefy mushroom soup
Preparation
    Slice tenderloin; dredge in flour, salt and pepper or seasoning salt.
    Fry in oil in large deep frypan.
    Simmer until done.
    Add rest of ingredients and enough water to cover everything.
    Use the can of soup to add water.
    Over medium heat, cook until tender.
    Stir occasionally.
