Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    3 c. diced raw apples
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients and set aside.
    Beat eggs and oil together and add to dry ingredients, mixing well.
    Fold in apples, nuts and vanilla.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
