Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. coarsely ground shrimp
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    lemon juice of 1 lemon
    10 green onions, finely chopped
    mayonnaise to taste
    hot sauce to taste
    Worcestershire to taste
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese in lemon juice.
    Add shrimp and onion. Add mayonnaise to dipping consistency.
    Season to taste.
    Always serve the next day.
    Tastes much better on second day.
