Almond Roca - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. real butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. almonds, chopped
1 1/4 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Melt butter and brown sugar together; bring to a boil.
Boil for 7 minutes; stiring constantly.
Grease a 9 X 13 pan; place 1 1/2 c. nuts in bottom.
Pour brown sugar mixture over nuts.
Put chocolate chips on top and let melt.
Spread around and sprinkle remaining nuts on top.
Cut while still warm; then chill in cool place.
