Beef Or Pork Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 lb. meat
water
4 c. broth
3 c. ketchup
3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. brown sugar (not packed)
6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 Tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. onion
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Place meat in large pot.
Fill pot with water to cover meat. Bring to a boil.
Cover and cook on low 5 to 6 hours, until very tender.
Remove meat from broth and let broth cool.
Remove meat from bones and tear into bite size strips.
Place broth in refrigerator or freezer to allow fat to come to top.
Remove and discard the fat.
