Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    5 c. cooked chicken, cut up
    3 stalks celery, peeled and sliced
    1 c. minced green pepper
    2 tsp. grated onion
    2/3 c. walnuts
    2 c. halved seedless green grapes
    1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 small can cubed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Use a fork to combine mayonnaise, vinegar and salt in large bowl.
    Add chicken and remaining ingredients.
    Toss well and refrigerate.
    To serve:
    Chill platter, place romaine lettuce on platter and pile salad lightly on top.
    Serve with nut breads. Serves 6.
