Cranberry Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 extra thick pork chops with pockets
    3 c. cranberries
    1/2 c. breadcrumbs
    1 Tbsp. hot water
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. minced celery
    2 Tbsp. minced green onion
    2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    1 tsp. fresh sage, chopped
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    garlic salt and fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine 1 cup cranberries, breadcrumbs, hot water, butter, celery, onion, green pepper, garlic salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle pork chops with garlic salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
    Rub in.
    Stuff pockets with cranberry mixture; seal with toothpicks.
