Baked Flounder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large baking flounder
2 cans peeled whole tomatoes
3 potatoes, sliced
2 large onions, sliced
1/2 c. sugar
salt
pepper
Preparation

Spray Pam on bottom of pan. Lay filets in pan. Crush Ritz crackers over fish. Put small slices of butter over crackers. Add lemon juice to pan. Bake in oven 25 minutes at 450\u00b0.
