Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large green peppers
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 small onion
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
Preparation
    Cut a thin slice off the stem end of the peppers.
    Remove and discard the seeds.
    In a 1 1/2-quart nonmetal casserole, combine onion and ground beef.
    Place in microwave oven and cook on High for 2 to 3 minutes or until the onion becomes transparent and beef is slightly browned.
    Add rice, tomato sauce, celery salt and pepper; mix well.
    Stuff peppers with mixture and place on baking sheet.
    Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on Medium-high for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Serves 4.
