Baked Pork Chops And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sauerkraut
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 thick pork chops
Preparation
    Place sauerkraut in bottom of casserole. Top with seasoned pork chops. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake for 20 minutes longer or until pork chops are brown.
    Makes 4 servings.
