Milk Sausage Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk sausage, formed into patties
1/3 c. flour
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk, mixed with 13 oz. water
3/4 tsp. salt or to taste
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Fry sausage in cast-iron skillet.
Remove sausage patties and reserve 1/4 cup drippings.
