Nacho Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/8 tsp. minced garlic
    32 oz. mild salsa
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    3 c. shredded cheddar cheese, divided
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Drain.
    Add salt, pepper, onion powder, and minced garlic.
    Combine beef, salsa, sour cream and 2 cups cheese in slow cooker.
    Cover.
    Heat on low for 2 hours.
    Just before serving, sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
