Ham Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. cooked ham
1 1/2 c. cooked yellow rice
1 c. diced celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
crushed corn flakes
Preparation
-
Mix well and pour into baking dish.
Add cream of mushroom soup over the top and cover with crushed corn flakes.
Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
When it starts to bubble, cook 5 minutes more.
