Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 beef bouillon cubes
2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. white potatoes, diced
seasoned salt to taste
Preparation

Dissolve bouillon cubes in 2 cups boiling water.
Combine broth, onion, potatoes, pepper and seasoned salt.
Bring to a boil; cover and simmer until tender (about 30 to 40 minutes). Melt butter.
Mix with flour and add milk.
Cook and stir until thick.
Combine the two mixtures and simmer until warm.
