Divinity Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
23 Ritz crackers, crushed fine
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites on high until frothy; gradually add sugar and vanilla.
Beat until stiff peaks form. Fold in with a spatula the finely crushed Ritz crackers, then the pecans.
(Do not beat in with beaters).
Pour pie mixture in buttered pie plate and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
