No Cook Mint Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp. corn syrup
    2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
    3/4 tsp. peppermint extract
    green food coloring (5 drops)
Preparation
    In mixing bowl combine all ingredients.
    Dust hands and bread board with powdered sugar to prevent sticking.
    Shape dough into a roll about 1/2 inch in diameter.
    Cut into slices 1/2 inch thick. Place slices on wax paper.
    Press down edges with a fork.
    Let stand at least 1/2 hour before serving.
    Makes 2 pounds.
