Mile High Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 graham cracker pie crust
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    10 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed
    2 egg whites
    1/2 c. whipped cream
Preparation
    Remove 6 tablespoons juice from strawberries and set aside. Put sugar, lemon juice, strawberries and egg whites into a bowl. Beat on high speed for 15 minutes.
    Fold in whipped cream and vanilla.
    Pour mixture into crust and freeze for about 8 hours.
