Shrimp Croquette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes
1/2 small onion
desired amount shrimp, crab or tuna
1 small can mushrooms, drained
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
pinch of pepper
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

While boiling potatoes, chop onion and cook shrimp.
Put mashed potatoes in bowl and mix with other ingredients.
Form into balls and dip in mixture of white sauce (flour and water) and bread crumbs.
Deep fry in hot oil.
Serve with salad of choice.
