Transparent Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    1/4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Bake pie shell at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes; cool.
    Combine sugar, margarine, egg yolks, flour, vanilla and evaporated milk in saucepan; mix well.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    May use egg whites for meringue.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
