Spaghetti Sauce Of Three Meats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef, cut up
    1 lb. chicken, cut up
    1 lb. pork, cut up
    1 onion, sliced
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (28 oz.) can Italian tomatoes
    3 bay leaves
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 c. parsley, chopped
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 1/2 lb. Italian meatballs
    1 lb. spaghetti
Preparation
    Brown meat pieces in hot fat with the sliced onion and garlic. Add the strained tomatoes and paste. Stir in the seasonings and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Add lemon juice to taste.
    Cook spaghetti.
    Heat the meatballs.
    Remove meat from sauce and slice. Combine sauce, meat and meatballs.
    Serve.
    Freezes well.
    Serves 12.
