Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. light Karo syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 qt. cooked popcorn
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Stir in sugar, syrup and salt.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil without stirring for 5 minutes.
    Take pan off heat and put in soda and vanilla.
    Slowly pour over popcorn.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
