Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. chicken
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. 1/4-inch noodles
    3 (5 oz.) jars pimento cheese spread
    3 cans mushrooms (ends and pieces)
    3 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 onion, diced
Preparation
    Cook chicken.
    Remove bones.
    Cook noodles for 8 minutes. Drain and rinse with very hot water.
    Add cheese immediately, stirring constantly.
    Add mushrooms, soup and onion.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or more.
    Yields 18 servings.
