Pasta Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    2 small carrots
    1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
    1 medium red pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    8 oz. short cut pasta (like penne)
    salt and pepper to taste
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook pasta as directed on package.
    In large skillet, saut garlic in olive oil until slightly browned.
    Add vegetables and stir.
    Saute for 3 to 5 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently.
    Toss vegetables and parsley with drained pasta. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese before serving.
    Serve with garlic bread.
