Tomatoes With Green Onions And Olives - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tomatoes (12 oz.)
    1/4 c. pitted black olives
    1/4 c. sliced green onion
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Core the tomatoes and thinly slice; overlap the slices on a serving plate.
    Drain and chop the olives.
    Combine olives and the green onions, then add the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
    Makes 4 servings.
