Dark Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. (18 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
    dash of salt
    1/2 to 1 c. shelled walnuts, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Melt chocolate chips in a medium saucepan, using medium heat. When melted, add the condensed milk.
    Stir in salt, vanilla extract and walnuts.
    Set aside.
