Favorite Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. or more fresh or thawed hamburger
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1/4 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 1/4 c. cooked rice
    1 c. or less shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Fry hamburger with onions, green pepper and celery.
    I use my electric skillet on fairly slow heat until hamburger is lightly browned and vegetables tender.
    While this is cooking, prepare enough regular rice (not Minute), cooked with water so you have at least 1 1/4 cups cooked rice.
