Beer Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 cups self-rising flour
    5 tablespoons sugar
    1 1/2 cup sour cream
    12 ounce beer
    1 tablespoon butter (melted)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
    Mix flour, sugar, sour cream. and beer.
    Pour into a 9 x 11 inch baking dish.
    Bake for 45 minutes and brush with butter.
    Bake 15 minutes longer.
