Ratatouille - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 medium tomatoes
    1 to 2 medium eggplant
    2 medium zucchini
    2 medium yellow squash
    2 medium onions
    2 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. sugar
    oil
    sugar
    pepper
Preparation
    Dice all vegetables.
    Saute onions and garlic.
    Brown eggplant first, then zucchini and yellow squash.
    Add tomatoes last, then sprinkle sugar over mixture.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook until vegetables are tender.
