Microwave Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. cocoa
    4 oz. coconut or chocolate chips (if desired)
Preparation
    Beat
    together
    eggs,
    sugar, salt and vanilla in small bowl at medium speed until light, about 1 minute.
    Add melted butter and
    continue
    beating until well mixed.
    On low speed mix
    in flour and cocoa.
    Stir in coconut or chocolate chips, if
    desired. Spread
    evenly
    in
    8-inch square greased baking dish appropriate for use in microwave oven.
    Cook on High 6 to 10
    minutes, giving dish a quarter turn every 2 minutes.
    When done,
    top
    will spring
    back when lightly touched.
    Cut when cold.
